The Celtic Heritage Festival

This new in 2022 Celtic celebration hopes to bring you world-class arts and cultural experience — one that is lively and diverse; inclusive and family-friendly. The goal is to complement the many Irish, Scots-Irish, and Celtic initiatives and traditions that already distinguish Savannah.

Further enriching Savannah’s “St. Patrick’s Season,” by bring together community and international talent — from the domains of music, theater, and dance; crafts, food, and sports, just days before the annual parade, an enjoyable and inspiring Celtic-themed “féile” (the Irish-language word for a festive gathering).

Come out and join in the spirit of the old Irish saying, “Ní neart go cur le chéile.”

The opening ceremonies begin Friday, March 11, directly following the greening of the fountain in Forsyth Park. Come early to enjoy a traditional game of Tug o’ War!
