This downtown Savannah hotel is nestled among the live oaks and Spanish moss in beautiful Washington Square. It is within easy walking distance to dozens of boutiques, cafes, and Savannah's famed squares.
The Inn is listed on the National Register of Historic Hotels of America. It was originally built in the 1860's and used as a livery stable and cotton warehouse. Later, it was transformed into the first Coca Cola franchise bottling facility in America. Today, this graceful, Southern lady has been renovated with lovely antiques and heart pine floors.

We accept up to two pets per room (50 pounds or less each) and require a $75 non-refundable deposit per stay. Enjoy a visit to Paula Deen's home Town! Old Savannah Tours Proudly Presents..."The Lady" of the house, The Paula Deen Tour! Paula's "Rags to Riches" story will both inspire and entertain you. Join us for this exclusive tour which includes a gift bag full of goodies and lunch at Uncle Bubba's Oyster House! The VIP Pass allows you to call ahead of time to make reservations for lunch or dinner.

4. Land and Sea
This tour includes three unique aspects of our historic city. Board the paddle boat Savannah River Queen for a relaxing and enjoyable cruise down our picturesque waterway. Enjoy our Overview and All Day Loop Trolley Tour either before or after your river cruise and tour one of Savannah's famous historic homes. It's a winning combination!

- Breakfast each morning in the Courtyard Cafe
- Tickets to Oglethorpe Tour Company's 90 minute uninterrupted tour, followed by shuttle service provided by the tour company for the remainder of the day.

- Tickets for admission into a historic home in Savannah
- Parking

Complimentary pick up for trolley tour at hotel. Reservations are not required for any of the included tours. We love this hotel. Right from our entrance everyone was gracious. Parking is free across the street. The breakfast/restaurant offers solid fare, with attentive servers. Our room overlooked the pool and had a balcony. Comfy beds. We especially appreciated the comfort seat height of the toilet and the bathroom and the ergonomically correct desk chair as well. There was a microwave, refrigerator, everything we needed. Desk arranged for a tour for us. Gorgeous magnolia trees. Loved it.

Arrived without a reservation and was pleasantly surprised by the elegant lobby, friendliness of the staff, my wonderful big room with very clean cotton duvet cover, and the location at the end of River Street. The outdoor jacuzzi was a special bonus, as was the nice big bathroom and mini-bar (coffee maker, microwave, fridge). Will definitely stay here again.

What a great hotel in the Savannah historic district with a superb location! We were able to walk to so many places, but using our vehicle was no problem, because the hotel's parking garage was self-serve. It was locked at night which really gave a sense of security. We really enjoyed ourselves and will always stay here when in Savannah. A great value for such a tourist oriented small city!

Every time I go to Savannah I stay at the Mulberry Inn. It has that "old world" charm that I believe everyone enjoys. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are big and spotless, a large and beautifully decorated lobby (with internet access for the guests) and it has a secure garage. This time we stayed in a suite on the first floor opening out to the courtyard and restaurant. It was just lovely. The room we were given had a separate full-size living room with a sofa, easy chair, a coffee table, side tables and a flat screen TV. The bedroom had a very comfortable King size bed, an easy chair and a second flat screen TV. There was also a small area between rooms with a microwave, coffee pot, cups, etc. and small refrigerator. Too bad we were traveling to Orlando for the Christmas holiday and we had family waiting for us. We wanted to stay for a week!!!!
